Spent a week in Georgian Bay's 30,000 Islands in July on our 25' Doral. The weather was hot and the secluded bays of Massasauga Provinical Park were very calm for us to drop the anchor for a few days. A great little vacation and 20th anniversary.

Georgian Bay Boat Trip #2 - August 2016

Norm's brother and his family are joining us for a 5-day journey into Georgian Bay and the 30,000 Islands.
On August 15, Norm, Mary, Richard, Donna and Aiden set off in the boats for Killbear Provincial Park, just north of Parry Sound.
We anchored in Killcoursie Bay and took the kayaks to the beach and did a little exploring. Didn't have the camera with us at the beach, so here is a photo from the Killbear website.

We were expecting rain, so we went over to Killbear Marina for the night.

We decided to anchor and spend the night at Indian Harbour. It is a great place to watch the sunset.

Our last night in the 30,000 Islands was at the dock in Frying Pan Bay in Beausoleil Island National Park. Then back to Driftwood Cove Marina in Port Severn.
